When dealing with the production mode of multiple varieties and small batches, traditional equipment often has low efficiency due to the cumbersome process switching. The requirements for sintering temperature curves, holding times, and atmosphere conditions of different materials vary significantly. If the equipment does not have flexible process adaptation capabilities, frequent process switching will lead to a large amount of waste of auxiliary time and energy consumption. The controllable cooling function of the vacuum sintering furnace during the cooling stage further enhances the process flexibility. The high-temperature section of the furnace body is cooled naturally, while the low-temperature section can be cooled at a faster rate by injecting positive pressure inert gas. Users can choose different cooling rates based on the sensitivity of the materials - slow cooling can be used for hard alloys that are prone to hot cracking, while rapid cooling can be adopted for materials such as stainless steel to enhance efficiency. The equipment adopts an internal circulation pure water cooling system and is equipped with a digital flow monitoring system. The modular design of the equipment also facilitates later expansion.
